We first worked with SAP in 2009. It was then that we produced three promos for their BCM (Business Communication Management) software. The theme of the campaign was “Virtual Call Center.” The campaign was a success. SAP used the videos internally, to kick off meetings and seminars, and also to show customers, in person and on the web.

Our new video for SAP is entitled “Split Screen,” and like the first three videos we produced, it promotes BCM. The video tells the story of Russell and Joe. Two guys both trying to book the annual golf trip they take with their friends. One receives extremely poor customer service, while the other receives top notch service – SAP’s BCM.

We took the project from concept to completion. The video was shot at a residence in Rancho Santa Margarita, and at the Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point.

Here’s what Tony Fassette, Global Vice President, SAP Business Communications Management, had to say about working with us, and the impact of the video:

“Hello 336 Productions, I wanted to follow up to once again thank you for putting together a fantastic video and to give you some updates. As you know, we were looking to produce an engaging video to share our product’s unique selling points with our prospects and customers. The video you produced exceeded our expectations and is delivering strong results. We use the video to lead off all customer facing meetings (trade shows, events, etc.). This not only helps quickly highlight our unique selling point, but it also sets the tone for open and engaging dialogue. For sure the tone comes from the smart, tasteful humor that you made part of the video. We also use the video for our viral marketing campaigns. It can be seen on our SAP CRM Youtube channel, (Customer Service: A Tale of Two Cities). I appreciate your collaboration, professionalism and guidance throughout the project. Your team is extremely talented and easy to work with and I am convinced that the success of the video lies solely with your unique ability to see and deliver the big picture. I look forward to an opportunity to collaborate on a new video in the future. Best regards, Tony Fassette SAP BCM, Global Vice President”
