The Funky Fusion: Animation and Live Action

By May 7, 2015September 13th, 2023No Comments

As video production in Riverside increases in popularity, thinking of ideas to stand out from the competition can get a little taxing. When you think conventional marketing and the same old sales techniques, your video is likely to be lost in the market. However, there is a way you can get a much-needed competitive edge, and an entertaining marketing video!
Being different and creative is what will ultimately rouse interest within target audiences. When it comes to video production, opt for a hybrid product that includes both live action and animation.

Why Do It?

This technique combines live action with animation (AKA Motion-Graphics). The animations can be on their own (cutting back and forth between the animations and live-action footage), or composited over the live-action footage. Interaction between people and animated conjectures is especially handy when you are trying to explain a complicated concept in a simple manner. The actor can interact with the animations or not. We have produced corporate video concepts both ways.
Here are a few examples of this sort of fusion!

breVve

Sometimes, a product is best explained when it has a funny, quirky story representing it. This not only adds to the overall interest, but it speaks to viewers from a personalized point of view. With breVve, the web video we created comprised of both live action and animation elements. Since this application is a contact management tool, our team came up with a variety of concepts that expressed the significance of this timesaving tool.
