Three Tricks Used By Professional Video Companies

Trick #01- Creative Shots

Although having the latest equipment in terms of technology is essential, it’s critical to have the ability to use the equipment to the best of its capability. A creative Director and DP can use that equipment to frame and capture creative shots. This also includes moving shots like panning shots, slider shots, over the shoulder shots, tilt shots, and crane shots. Corporate videos are famous for boring, static shots are tripods using inferior cameras, but the best video vendors are filming corporate videos with Hollywood worthy creative shots.

Trick #02- Aesthetic Appeal

Aesthetic appeal focuses on lighting the set in such a manner that the overall “look” generates a real life feel, rather than a recorded one. It also applies to the wardrobe, makeup, blocking, location and décor–all the things that play a part in the richness of the whole frame. A professional video team will design and execute the entire scene to ensure that these elements are not neglected.

Trick #03- Motion-Graphics

Motion-graphics are used in almost all our videos. Even if just the animated logo bumper you see at the end or beginning of our videos, you’ll see motion-graphics. When you watch corporate videos on the web, you’ll see examples of bad motion-graphics and good ones. Good motion-graphics elevate the production value and strengthen the brand.
