Your consumers need to be able to get access to the answers to all of these questions, and it’s imperative that you include these answers in your video campaigns.

Highlight Your Strengths by Admitting Past Shortcomings

Be open, and honest with your customers. You want to create a relationship with them that is based on honesty, reliability, and trust. If your consumers cannot trust you, it’ll be difficult for them to purchase your products.

Be truthful about your past shortcomings but highlight your strengths after that.

Customers appreciate hearing about challenges that you overcame, or how you made a product or service better after hearing not-so-great customer reviews.

Tell your consumers that you’re considerate of their preferences and their needs. Build a relationship with them and commit to them.

Highlight the Benefits of Purchasing your Brand

After your customers purchase your products, what benefits will your brand reap? What are the benefits of doing “business” with you?

Customers need to know that. Let’s say, for example, you manufacture motorcycles. When a customer purchases your bikes, how will it help them? Is the drive smooth? Does the bike come with a guarantee? Are the parts used high-quality? Go into the details of what your customers can expect long after the purchase.
